Yoga for Creativity is for all UmArts staff and researchers on Monday lunchtimes in the lovely warm UmArts Research Studio, led by artist and yoga teacher Kati Knox.
Kati teaches Vinyasa Krama, it is a slow flowing form of yoga where the breath aligns with the movement, creating a kind of moving meditation. The practice offers variations for all bodies and abilities, so please come as you are, no previous skill necessary. The main thing is that no matter the variation and abilities in the room, the practice is tailored to the individual and made to be accessible to everyone.
Please bring your own mat and blocks if you have them, or you can borrow them from Kati. The sessions are in English, free, and you can simply drop in, no need to book.
